Leaving Fatville, author.

You read that right. Yours truly is going to be a real, legitimate, ink on paper author. I'm stunned, anxious, excited and overwhelmed all at once. Who would have thought two and half years ago this little blog would be turned into a book!? Not me, that's for sure.

Here's the best part... I want to hear from you. I want to hear what you'd read in a book. I know I wouldn't be able to do this without you. What do you want to learn? What do you want to see more of? More personal stories? More tips? More recipes? More modifications to exercise DVDs? What do you NOT want to read?
